Technical and financial partners

The ADP is implemented as a partnership between the PARIS21 Secretariat, the World Bank, and other technical and/or financial partners. Agencies interested in participating in ADP, in a formal or informal partnerships, are welcome to contact us.

Implementation

  • PARIS21 Secretariat: Implementation in countries and management of the funds.
  • World Bank: The Development Data Group provides global coordination. Other World Bank departments contribute to the implementation.

The implementation of ADP benefits from the contribution of other partners.

  • African Development Bank: implementation of ADP in selected countries.
  • Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN-ESCAP): Implementation of the pilot ADP (first phase) in selected countries in Asia and the Pacific.
  • Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (UN-ECLAC): Implementation of the ADP in selected countries.
  • Interamerican Development Bank (IADB): Implementation of the pilot ADP (first phase) in selected countries in Latin America.
  • International Household Survey Network (IHSN): Provision of tools and guidelines.
  • Observatoire Économique et Statistique d'Afrique Subsaharienne (AFRISTAT): Trainings on microdata archive in francophone Africa.
  • Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC): Implementation of ADP in selected countries.
  • United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF): Provision of training and technical support to the documentation and dissemination of the Multiple Indicators Cluster Surveys (MICS) datasets.
  • World Food Program of the United Nations (WFP): Provision of training and technical support to the documentation and dissemination of Food Security Surveys datasets.

Funding

The World Bank Development Grant Facility is the largest source of funding for the ADP through a grant to the OECD/PARIS21. The following partners are also financing ADP activities (either as part of the ADP itself, or by implementing ADP activities as part of their own technical assistance programs):
